work from homeIt is so nice to be able be able to work from home because you save so much time not driving to the office and actually you can get more done if you work from home than if you go to the office every day. If you have a job that involves writing, number crunching, or other types of activities that involve sitting quietly at your computer and thinking or processing, see if your employer can get tax credits for you to work at home a day or two a week. Some taxing authorities give employers credits if they let their staff work from home once in a while because it cuts down on air pollution and heavy traffic.

I started working at home when I was living in Dana Point California and working in Newport Beach. My employer went through a rapid expansion and asked me if I would be willing to work from home full time to free up office space. I had one of the larger offices in the building and they wanted to convert it into three smaller offices. If any of you know what rush-hour traffic is light on Highway 1 in Southern California, you know what my answer was. I quickly got spoiled and since then my only option is to work from home.
